Our preventive maintenance plans include seasonal inspections (spring and fall), refrigerant level checks, coil cleaning, filter service, EEV cleaning and calibration, error log analysis, controls testing, and a detailed written report after each visit. Plans are customizable for your building size and system complexity. Regular maintenance is the single best investment you can make in a $50K–$300K VRF system.
