A full-building VRF installation for a 10,000 sq ft office typically takes 5-10 business days. We provide a detailed timeline before any work begins and can schedule nights/weekends to avoid business disruption.
Yes — we manage the entire permitting process including DOB filings, equipment permits, gas permits, and final inspections. For co-op and condo buildings, we also prepare board packages with engineering drawings, insurance certificates, and noise specifications. This is one of our core strengths.
Absolutely. Energy Star-qualified commercial HVAC systems are eligible for Con Edison rebates (up to $115/ton for high-efficiency equipment), NYSERDA incentives, and federal tax deductions under Section 179D. We identify every available incentive during the quoting phase and help you file the paperwork.
As a rule of thumb: if your system is over 15 years old, requires refrigerant that is being phased out (R-22), or if this years repair costs exceed 40% of replacement cost — replacement is the better investment. We will give you an honest assessment with a cost-benefit analysis comparing repair vs replace over 5 and 10 years.
All our commercial installations come with a minimum 5-year parts and labor warranty. On select brands where we are factory-authorized dealers — Carrier, Daikin, Trane — you can receive up to 12 years of parts coverage. We also offer extended labor warranties through our maintenance plan. Every installation is registered directly with the manufacturer.
